Bowlers today the TAT AMATEUR CHALLENGE hit the floor and it didn't take the bowlers long to find the shot to their liking. Getting things started was Anthony Pascua in the 1ST Chance tournament who shot a 300 in game 1, but Anthony was using a Brunswick ball which cost him the EBONITE BONUS of $1000 cash on the spot to anyone rolling a 300 with any EBONITE ball. Not far behind was local bowlers ROD MCLEAN with a nice 287 game. In this event there will be 52 cashers. Projected cash score we project will be in the low 230's. There is still plenty of time to come down and enter.

Next up are the qualifiers from todays squads. Local past TAC Champion and last years TV FINALIST GEORGE PALUMBO had the hot hand rolling games of 268-268-211=747 to lead all qualifiers today. George is looking to improve on his last years top 5 finish and become the 1st 2-time champion. results from all divisions below:

Todays action at the TAT was all about the money. The big winner was CHRIS PITTS who was the first winner of BUDDIES MYSTERY SCORE POT. Chris won the pot with a 213 game worth $1120, Chris also made the cut in the under division good for a minimum of $500. Next up is the DAILY LEADER Steve Fiume who led all bowlers today with a 724 series good for a minimum of $1000 and a 2 byes. Next up were the bonus division leaders, Dave Wilk from the senior division with 693 good for $800 min and 2 byes....then we have Ramon Pinlac from the 205 division with 658 good for a min. $800 and 2 byes.

Buddies mystery pot will start out at $400 tomorrow morning and will grow until it is hit.We expect this pot to grow to a minimum of $2000 by Friday. Results from todays action below.
